Which days do you wish to participate?

The M2i conference will take place on Monday 12 December 2022 and is accessible for the M2i community and its partners. On Tuesday 13 December 2022 Meeting Materials will take place, which is open to anyone interested.

Please keep in mind that a last minute cancellation (after 28 November 2022) or no-show will be charged afterwards. The costs for last minute cancellation and no-show are € 80,00 (excl. VAT) for the day program and € 115,00 for the hotel room. This condition is applicable to all participants. By submitting this application you accept this condition.

Hotel 12-13 December

You can book your hotel room for 12-13 December 2022 (1 night) at NH Leeuwenhorst via M2i. Costs for the hotel room are € 115,00 per night. Do you wish to book a hotel room?

Important: If you are a researcher on a M2i project, presenter or session chair at the conference your room will be charged to M2i (we will only cover the costs for one night: 12-13 December 2022).
